Observations/ Account Reflections & Critical Response

(What Happened?) (What do I think of it? What went well? What

theory I have read from class?)
 At 7am, students were doing their
morning work. At 7:15am, they had
devotion with my cooperating teacher.
Then, students went to art class until
snake break.
After snake break, I taught them
mathematics.
I was teaching fractions, it was new
chapter. So I taught them the vocabulary
of fractions as an introduction to
fractions.
After mathematics, my cooperating
teacher led English class. She was
teaching spelling and writing.
At 10am, guest reader visited us and read
one story to the class. She is the mother
of one student from my class.
After reading section, my cooperating
teacher continued her English class, and
then they had chapel practice since they
have to lead the chapel on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, students will sing one
song and play a short theater script. They
were so excited and worked hard during
their practice.
When I reflected my lesson back, I
realized that my lesson was so easy for
those who are quick learners in math.
Next time, I would come up my lesson
with brainstorm questions and
challenging problems.
My goal for today lesson was
accomplished but I felt like I could have
made more challenging lesson.
And reading aloud section went well, and
our guest reader did a great job. She
engaged with students by asking
brainstorming questions.
It was a good experience that I was with
my students while they were practicing
for Wednesday chapel. They were so
excited because some parents are
coming to watch their kids.
