BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY Chanceteam Christian Academy is a private school

located at Punta ! Tanza Cavite. There are 235 students enrolled there.

2nd click- computerized enrolment system will replace the manual system
that Chanceteam Christian Academy has.

3rd click- the enrolment process will be shorter, faster, and error-free.
Human errors like typo errors might happen. We admit that it is hard to have ZERO
errors but it can be minimized by the system.

4th click- important reports, well, important reports will be accurate and
timely. It will be timely because it can be updated in an instant.

5th click- competitive advantage even if it is a school, there is still

competition among schools. Like fastfood restaurants, students will have violent
reactions if the service is slow and full of errors.

manage the data.

6th click- the computation of fees will be transparent and exact. Since the
formula is fixed, it cannot be changed. There will be no corruption of the money.

7th click- 3. Design a module that will generate all the necessary
reports regarding enrollment. Reports like Student Population, Form 137,
Section List, etc. are now computerized, easily edited and updated.
