MEETING SCRIPT.

Chairperson : A very good evening to everyone. Thank you for coming

today, Mr.

Adrian wont able to join us today because he has another meeting

to attend. Lets start with our meeting. Does everyone has a copy?

Member : yes chairman.

Chairperson: Good, Thank you for your hard work for preparing the
proposal.

Next, Ms. Haryani can you give the explanation about our
agenda today and please start our meeting

Secretary : Thank you director, Good morning everyone, today we will

discuss

five agenda. First, we will discuss about sponsorship, second,

marketing, third, product choice, fourth, advertisement and
the last one is date of next meeting. I have prepare all
agenda. So you all can refer from the hangout that i just
given. Okay now we will talk about product choice first.
Marketing: for the presentation for products choice, i need ideas from all
of you to choose types of isotonic drink that will be used for our
sponsorship on this Charity Run.

Manager: i suggest 100 Plus, Revive, Livita and 7 UP.

Finance : for me, we should use drinks like Pepsi , Coca Cola, F&N and
juices.

Secretary: i totally disagree with our financial manager suggestion.

Because those drinks wasnt categorized as isotonic drink.

Chairperson: I think we should continue with the managers suggestion

about the product choice. So we will choose 100 Plus, Revive, Livita and 7
UP. So can we proceed to the next agenda?.

Secretary: Next will discuss about our sponsorship on this event. So will
let the financial manager to present it

Finance : Thank you Haryani. For the sponsorship of the Unity Run
Programme, i will talk about the details about our sponsor on this event.

1. Quantity = 200 tin isotonic drink

2. Amount student that we sponsor = 100 person
3. One student = will get 2 different type of isotonic drink
4. Facilitator = we will give the 2 bottle isotonic drink
5. 3 types of Isotonic drink = 100plus, revive and livita.

What do you think about my suggestion. Any addition?

Manager: agree

Secretary: agree

manager : I dont agree with the isotonic drink bottle given to the
facilitators. Because it will increase our financial load.

chairperson : However, even though we proceed with the Xu Yans

suggestion, i dont think it will cost us more on finance. So we can
continue with Xu Yans suggestion for our sponsorship on this event.
Chairperson: i also agree with our secretary, so I think we should stick
with using only isotonic drink for our sponsorship on this event.

Secretary: so we will proceed with the next agenda, which is the

advertisement for this Charity Run.

Marketing: to inform the public about our Charity Run, i think we should
use social media to advertise this event. I suggest we use Facebook and
Instagram. In addition, we also can advertise this event in newspaper and
make a banner for this charity run. We have to proceed with the
advertisement at least one month before this event held.

Finance: we need to make sure theres only 100 participants and 20

facilitators. After this quota fulfilled, we need to close the participation.

Chairperson: I agree with our advertisement methods because it can

publicize our event effectively.

Secretary: next, we will discuss the next agenda, which is what another
business we can do during this event. So, i will let our financial manager
to present it.

Marketing: to increase our income, i suggest we make another business

during this Charity Run. We can sell another products from our company
such as Red Bull, Energy Plus and Drive.

Finance: if we want to proceed with that suggestion, we should sell

around 200 units for every product. Means we have 600 units and the
price for one unit is RM 2.00. So we can have around RM 1200.

Chairperson: that was a great suggestion. We can continue with that

plan since it can generate our company income. So the others, do you
also agree with that suggestion?.

All member: YES!!!. We agree with the marketing manager suggestion.

Secretary: we already discussed all the agenda for this meeting and we
will postpone this meeting. I will inform later about the time and venue for
the next meeting.

Chairperson: thank you to all of you for your cooperation by attending

this meeting and also for all the presentation.
