Remember the uses of each part:

AUTHOR - writer of the book


ILLUSTRATOR - one who draws the illustrations
SPINE - holds the book together
TITLE PAGE - repeats information found in the front cover
COPYRIGHT PAGE - indicates the legal right of the owner
TABLE OF CONTENTS - list of topics and the pages where they can be found
INTRODUCTION - to engage the reader and get them to read the book
INSIDE PAGES - group of pages that contains the body of the book
GLOSSARY - alphabetical listing of difficult words and their meaning
BIBLIOGRAPHY - list of references used by the author to write the book
INDEX - alphabetical listing of topics and the pages where they can be found

Reminder:
A book is carefully written and checked before it reaches you. Use the book properly and always
handle it with care. Have fun reading!
