III. Agenda :
1. The inauguration position of the team. The president is Dos Singgoi,
the vice president is Dayana. While the secretary is Nur Azwanie
and the treasurer is Norasshida.
2. Dos Singgoi informed the body about the activity that the team
would be engaging to come up with amount of questionnaire to be
prepared and distributed and the amount of gift that will be given to
the respondent during the Academic Trip.
3. Apart from that, during the meeting we also discuss about the
segregation of duties. By doing this, it is easier for all of us to know
who will be responsible in performing their task. For observation,
Alan, Missy and Zurinah. will make an observation. While Nabila,
Dos, Farhana and Ruhani will interview the respondent and lastly,
questionnaire will be distribute by Hazlan, Norasshida, Nur Azwanie
and Zurinah.
4. The president have decided to dividing the task in order to prepared
the questionnaire. All the members will be responsible to prepare
the questionnaire according to the task given to each member.
5. The meeting was adjourned at 12.46 oclock in the afternoon.
