4) 2nd page of report must be : Lab experiment 1 ( or experiment 2) cover page, and need to write

Student Attendance List number (refer example in page 3 and page 4).

** Student Attendance List number can be found in MMLS.

5) Report content to cover : Title,

Objective,

Theory background,

Procedures/Equipments,

Data collection (proper table),

Graphs if needed,

Analysis/Discussion,

Conclusion,

Reference if any.

(Raw data of experiment can be attached at the last page)

6) Data Collection onwards must be hand written.

7) Marks will be deducted if procedure is not followed.
