HOW TO MAKE SEBLAK

INGREDIENTS : 1. 150gr raw crackers 7. Some


galangal
2. Macaroni 8. Some salt
3. Slice of saussage 9. Some
sugar
4. 1pcs egg 10. Chilli
5. Some water 11. 1tbs
cooking oil
6. Some garlic

MATERIAL : 1. A spoon 4. A frying pan


2. A stove 5. A spatula
3. A pan 6. A bowl
STEPS :
1. Boil the water in a pan

2. After that,put raw crakers


into the boiling water until
soft

3. Remove and drain


4.Pure garlic,chilli and galangal

5. Heat the cooking oil in the


frying pan and fry the egg

6. After cooked,add ground


spice and saute

7. Next,add the water and boil

8. And put the boiled crakers


and macaroni into the
boiling water

9. Add some salt and sugar to


taste,then add the
saussange and cook until
done
10. Finally,put seblak in a
bowl and seblak ready to
serve
