    Human Resource Freelancer Proposal

    Main Task:
    Foreign worker attendance report. Thumbprint to be produced by Eliane.
    Staff Birthday Calendar
    Room Reservation Database-complimentary, owners unit, HQ booking and etc.
    Monthly MOD Roster preparation.
    In-house training calendar.
    Recruitments arrangement.
    MOD Report Database follow up-as commented by auditor that follow up need improvement.

    Payment Term
    Payment will be on weekly basis.
    RM80 per day.

    Project Submission/Verification
    Job completion form to indicate and to monitor the job progress.
    Job completion form to be submitted by Admin to Finance after verification.
