Time Instructional Procedures and Strategies
Beginning the Lesson
15 Teacher greets students.
mins Review the previous lesson.
Ask them to take out their homework.
Checking the answer
Teacher will ask one student per one question to speak out their answer and tell
the class why he or she got that answer.
The class will show their thumbs up if their answer is match or thumbs down of
their answer is not match.
Teacher will correct the answers and explain the class.
Students will turn in their homework to teacher.

20 Developing the Lesson


mins - Teacher will ask them to come to the carpet.
- Teacher will bring one worksheet and will solve that worksheet with all
the students.
- Student will support the teacher, and sometimes they will lead the
teacher to solve the problem.
- Teacher will cooperate with students.
- After that teacher will pass out the similar worksheet (all the number
are changed).
- Students will go back to their seat and work on that paper.
- Teacher will assist them working on the worksheet.
- Then teacher will monitor their work.
- When the time is up for closing, teacher will tell them to pause their
working and teacher will review the lesson again.
- Teacher will give them homework and if they havent done their table
work teacher will ask them to bring home as their homework.

5mins Closing the Lesson


- Teacher will give them worksheet paper for their homework.
- Then, again teacher will ask them to come to carpet and play the
flashcards for closing.

*Flash cards
-There will be flash cards about fractions, whole number, denominators, and
numerators.
-Students will pair up with their partner and get the flash cards.
-Then, student picks a card and gives the answer and other will check his or
her partners answer.
If he or she got wrong answer, the other will correct.
