Subject: Communicating Effectively Seminar

Please prepare a cover memo for materials that will be distributed to all
managers for the Communicating Effectively Seminar. Indicate that
participants should bring the enclosed materials to the seminar. Managers
need to complete the survey form and read the brochure Identifying
Communication Barriers, before the seminar.

Wednesday of next week is the seminar and will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. in
Conference Room A. There will be a break for 25 minutes at 2 p.m.
Participants may check messages or return calls.

Seminar materials are enclosed with the memos in your mail box.
