YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Support: Apr 17 May 3, 2017
- Incentive scheme preparation: registration/information to the authorities following
Vietnams regulation on advertising and promotion; Preparation the internal proposal Division
and get approval before implementation. CPL
- Incentive scheme implementation: Announce incentive scheme; Rebate analysis;
Follow up incentive program, update incentive data to ensure Regional Sales
Department
Manager/customer have updated and adequate information. General Services
- Incentive scheme finalization: Finalize incentive result for each scheme, get
approvals; Inform the incentive result to related parties.
- Incentive scheme payment/report/others: Implement the incentive payment; Follow Location
up incentive settlement, update data in the report. Follow up payment trip tour/ Ho Chi Minh
electronic voucher if any; Incentive payment monthly report; Follow up gifts of sales
department.
Event coordinating:
- Be in charge of wholesaler meetings including lucky draw events.
- Prepare the gift/promotional items/awards for the lucky draw events
- Inform to Wholesaler, collect winner document, follow up tax income, deliver gifts and
prizes
