IMPORTANCE OF COMMUNICATION AT THE WORKPLACE

The importance of communication in the workplace, is of great importance


for the proper operation or function better coexistence. Not only encourages
it becomes the binding element between coworkers. Knowing transmit
knowledge and experiences among peers dispels misconceptions and tries to
raise the skills of those who need it most. With good communication in the
workplace can better perform activities of an institution, the employer can
communicate better with employees and vice versa so we can work better
for the company not to relax their quality. Without good communication in
the workplace, the performance of all persons belonging to this institution
will go into free fall to make the company collapses. In summary,
communication in the workplace is extremely important for the institution
collapses.
