This is very bad thing that some people do not care about animals and treat them
very badly.

We can explain them that animals are also living beings like us and have feelings
like human beings and have almost everything like humnas but the only difference
is humans have a good creative and smarter brain than them . That distinguish us
from animals but by treating them with cruelty we are proving that we are not
different we are same .

2. As we all know dogs are mans best friend if we treat them well, they will do the
same. Almost every animals that are in our surrounding or street are kind they are
not harmfull to us. We can live with them happily because this world is not only for
humans its for all and nature treat everyone equally.

a. it will be difficult to discourage them or convience them because the person who
is doing this is I think already mentally ill because I have seen some treating or
beating street dogs and other animals madly those kind of people need some
mental treatment but some may understand so will do our best.

b. first we will try to convience and discourage them if they understand thats good
but if not we have to involvr authorities like police .

c. Complain to the local state SPCA (Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals)/Animal Welfare .
Animal welfare Organisations and Animal hospitals can be contacted to provide relief to the suffering
animal.

d. we will make them aware them with laws for example a donkey should be loaded with only 35 kgs of
weight at one time; the permissible loading capacity of a truck is 4 buffaloes or 40 sheep/goats. Anything
over and above it is technically illegal under the law.

Conclusion: So there are two ways to this

First

Stand up, speak up against injustice. Never give up, keep up the effort!

Try to solve the matter at your level

Second , involve the authorities like SPCA and police they handle it better.
