Its the first day, the beginning of a new experience. I loved how the school have an
encouraging sentence on the walls like be strong or the science is your light for
the future.

In fact, living this experience as a teacher reminded me of my experience as a

primary school student before 15 years ago. I noticed the rules that were posted on
the board in each single classroom and it was so different from those that Ive seen
them at KG. I was interested by the rule that says, we learn together, and I
realized that those rules are making the students learn about group work and the
joy of sharing.

I noticed that the teacher used a lot of strategies such as centers and whole class
learning, and the centers are organized by the students level. Its 5 groups that
includes red group, green group, orange group, yellow group and blue
group.

So I think that my MCT defines the good teacher and that for a lot of reasons. She
is making sure that all learning outcomes are written on the board that
includes Reading, Writing, Math, Science. The group centers are organized by
students grade level and her presentation lessons are really interested to watch and
learn.
