5-year Plan

Beyond my high school graduation, my main goal is to be exceptionally happy

with all the choices I have made and choices I will continue to make. Although I know i

may have made not so good decisions early on this year, I want to focus on everything

positive. People say high school is the best four years of your life and I completely

agrees as of this moment. So in five years I want to look back at my life and smile.

My main short term goals for now are, to make choices that will benefit me in the

near future, be aware of everything going on during my last high school days and being

happy. Academically I will continue to work hard for the grades I know Im capable of

while still in high school, but college will be a whole other level. People say that high

school is like a blink, you close your eyes and before you know it, its gone. I want to

cherish all these delicate moments and memories because they will all soon come to an

end.

At the beginning of this year, I had no idea what was my future. All I knew was

that I needed to get out of Merced and discover a world of opportunities. As of this point

I will be attending Merced Junior College after graduating. My major is in Accounting

and or Bussiness and I plan on achieving a Bachelors Degree in that field. My first year

I will attend the general education classes that are necessary. Eventually as my years

go on, my classes will begin to center around my future career. Im both excited and

nervous to be in the process of the new and improved me. Of course I know it is going

to be a very big change but its nothing I cant handle.

Beyond college I plan on moving out of Merced and getting a house or an

apartment in San Diego and start my career as a businessman and or accountant. I

answered the simple question as whats your 5-year plan? and in all honesty I still

dont know where my life will end up. I have no worries though everything will be fine.
