Duties: Check-in and direct members and visitors with excellent customer service in a
fast-paced environment, answer incoming phone calls, accurately process memberships,
take payments, update member information, and miscellaneous office duties. My current
position is as a 5:30 a.m. opening staff member which requires dependability,

addressed rate issues, entered new customer rate data into computer system, and
scheduled freight pickups. Provided daily charges for a number of top customers via
email and Electronic Data Interchange. Participated in the inception of a Weight and
Research program which captured additional revenue by inspection and reclassification.
