COLLEGE PARK, Md.- The sisters of the Delta Zeta chapter of Alpha Phi hosted their first
annual Mac N Phis philanthropy event on Friday, April 7.

This event was held at the Alpha Phi house on Princeton Avenue from 5-7 p.m. Nicole Natoli,
Alpha Phis Vice President of Marketing, planned this entire event.

The idea came to her when she created her platform while running for Vice President of
Marketing.

We host so many elaborate events every year, but we never do a simple, fun event to bring the
Greek community together, says Natoli.

The event was open to everyone in College Park, and over 500 people came to socialize and
dine.

Mac N Phis included a mac and cheese bar, music, and seating in the dining room, living room,
and lower level of the house. The mac and cheese was catered by Noodles and Company in
College Park, along with toppings such as chicken, meatballs, breadcrumbs, tomatoes, and
bacon.

Alpha Phi raised $2,521.48 to donate the Alpha Phi Foundation.

The Alpha Phi Foundation supports womens heart health. The money goes toward funding
hospitals with cardiac units. The foundation raises awareness for heart disease, the number one
killer among women. It also supports sisters of Alpha Phi who are in need.

Overall, hundreds of members of Marylands Greek life enjoyed mac and cheese and the sisters
of Alpha Phi were able to support their philanthropy.
