    Death Investigation

    Police and EMS received a 911 call at approximately 4:50 p.m. today regarding a
    seriously injured male who was outside a residence in the 300 block of Marks
    Street South. The victim was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced
    deceased.

    The TBPS Criminal Investigations Branch is investigating. Marks Street South


    from Arthur Street to Ridgway is closed at this time for the investigation.
    Residents are not in danger and will be assisted in coming and going from their
    homes. It is not known how long this closure will take.

    An update will be provided tomorrow. This is the early stage of the investigation.
