1. Proposal
(1) a) Introduction Organization of the city plan is the fundamental factor into developing
the city into a better place. Great transportations and facilities all start from organization. So
the improvement would be the organization of a communitys diagram. It is so realistic
because there are much building within the area just yet, so the cost of reunifying the whole
area wont cost much. And for people living beforehand over there, we would provide them a
new whole experience of living by having all those people live within the same area but with
a better place and organization. The leftover area other than the resident would be used for
the habitat and researching of wildlife, so its definitely eco-friendly.
(1) b) Project Objective Our project intend to solve all the unorganized things within the
city. Almost every infrastructures and facilities you have seen in your everyday life in
Bangkok is what define all the unorganized things. From transportation pathway, a national
crisis, that causes Bangkoks traffic to be recognized worldwide on how poor it is, till a small
but important thing such as electricity post. Starting of with an organized city plan would
eventually lead into a perfect completed city in the future, since its like building any
construction; the stronger the base is, the more secure the top will be. With our city plan,
everything is already well-set and planned; therefore, there wont be anything that could
interrupt the plan in the middle of the working process that could slow down the process or
ruin the plan as a worst case scenario.
(1) d) Project Implementation Plan Get the budget from the city as this is a project to
improve the project, since the place will be beneficial for researching wildlife as well as
providing places to live for them. The region would be turned into residential places as well
as 600 houses will be available for sale. This will raise a budget of over 3.6 billion baht as the
resident will double the place of the initial construction.
2. A creative well thought out researched plan that is either cost effective or has a cost
analysis showing it is not cost effective.
a) Writing the proposal --- Song Thamvorapol
b) Acquiring the materials --- Song, Cliff, and Mill
c) The scale drawing --- Cliff Katekovit
d) Creating a model for the proposal --- Mill
3. Division of Materials Acquisition To complete this step you will need a materials list
and who will supply each required item.
Glue
Wood plank
House model
Tree model
Building model
Lego- railway
Artificial grass
Song, Cliff and Mill 1109
4. Scale Drawing This should be an initial sketch (on our poster paper A3?) with as many
measurements and details as possible. For your final scale drawing you must make an
accurate and beginning/professional scale drawing of your project. Note this is a SCALE
drawing so include the scale on the drawing, and on your final future board model: Example:
Scale 1:300.
