To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to take this opportunity to offer a formal recommendation for Austin Isaacs. I have had the
pleasure of having Austin in my Business Education classroom for the past 4 years and have also invited
him to participate and compete in co-curricular activities in the Cedar Rapids area.

Austins enthusiasm, leadership, dependability, and creativity in the classroom is what truly set him
apart from many of my other students. He often goes above and beyond expectations to be a model for
his peers. I continue to use his work as examples to show what is possible and what they should strive
to achieve. He has shown incredible intrinsic motivation to excel inside and outside of the classroom
and I am proud to have had him in my classroom.
