Many years ago, people didnt practice much hobbies different from soccer, basket,
golf or just going outside, but now many people started to change the way of doing
things with technological resources that shows what you do, where, when and how,
inspiring others to make the same practices. Trends activities? Or different and
new activities to practice? It is only a perspective staff.
Remember when the TV was the most amazing invent upon the earth, the first
families whom brought one, became slowly sedentariness because their spare time
was employed only sitting all there, when the first videogame came to kids, they
change games under the sun for hours into their rooms playing with Nintendo
games.
But now Social media shows us that it exists plenty activities to do, and go out of
the daily routing with your family or your friends like, doing exercise, making
CrossFit, riding a bike, cooking new recipes, reading books based on new movies,
and now is easier for all of us to do this activities, some ones belief that is for
health others for become pro, some others just to do something different but the
real thing is that now people is spending their free time doing many different things,
people is moving and that is the important fact.
