Greetings!

Maam, we are writing this letter of appeal and reconsideration with regard to the denial of the
City Engineer in the issuance of the occupancy permit. To give you a brief summary of what has
transpired that led to the non-issuance. Here are the facts:

Construction and Development Corporation entered into a contract with the___________) as

part of the _____ project to build and construct a 2 storey building, 8 classroom located at Brgy.
_________, _______City. The construction of the 2 storey building, 8 class room has been completed as
certified by Engr.____________. Further, a final inspection was made on February 18,2001. Despite the
said accomplishment, the City Engineer refused to the issue the required occupancy permit.

Now, The City Engineer in the performance of his duty has overlooked the fact that _____ is
entitled to the grant in the issuance of Occupancy permit considering that it has in good faith complied
with all the requirements set by the contract and all other existing laws.

__________, now comes to your good office requesting that the denial of the issuance of
Occupancy permit be given review and reexamination so that the intended beneficiaries shall enjoy and
make use totally of the said covered court. Further, there are special and important reasons justifying
the issuance of the permit such as the non-issuance constitutes as a conduct prejudicial to public
service.
