Teresa: My names Teresa, and Im from Mexico. My favorite place in Mexico is Puerto
Vallarta. Its a really popular beach town with many beautiful beaches. Puerto Vallarta is in the
west, on the Pacific Ocean. Its a great place to swim, relax, and have fun.

Narrator: Speaker 2
Emilio: Hi, Im Emilio. I love to hike in the Andes mountains. My best friend lives in Mendoza,
Argentina. Mendoza is located just east of the Andes. It is a popular stopover for hikers and
skiers who are on their way to the mountains.

Luke: Im Luke, and Im from the United States. One of my favorite places is Redwood
National Park. Its in the northwest of California. Its an amazing forest filled with tall redwood
trees. The trees are pretty oldin fact, a few are over two thousand years old.

Mee-Yon: Hi. My names Mee-Yon, and Im from South Korea. If you come to South Korea,
visit Seoul. Seoul is in the north. Its a very modern and exciting city. There is a lot to see and
do.

Ren: Hello. Im Ren, and I live in Japan. One place in Japan I really love is Lake Biwa. Biwa is
a very large lake in the center of Japan. Its not very far from Kyoto. It is a very old lake, and
there are many fish and birds living in and around it.
