As a development professional, I have a rich and varied background of 12 years experience in project design, management,
coordination, and implementation both in emergency and long term development contexts in different geographical settings.
Moreover, I am skilled in stakeholder coordination, partnership management, policy development, action research, feasibility
study and strategic analysis. I believe my qualifications are very well matched to make an immediate and positive contribution
to your organizations operations.

I developed technical expertise in disaster management and climate change resilience programming by coordinating an
emergency response, rehabilitation and alternative livelihood programme of BRAC Bangladesh over 5 years utilizing USD
23.5 m fund..Based on this experience, I was assigned to BRAC South Sudan as Programme Manager, to oversee and
develop a multi-province food security and livelihood development, youth development, and emergency response projects in
the most conflict prone states. I managed a team of 26, reaching 12,770 extremely conflict and poverty affected IDPs,
refugees and other community through the diverse projects. After 8 years developing management proficiency in this conflict
and emergency setting, I am now applying these skills as a Senior Manager for BRAC Nepal. In this position, I coordinate all
programmes and implement the largest integrated development programme in partnership with national & international NGOs,
private sector and government stakeholders. This experience demonstrates my capacity to adapt to diverse and volatile
working contexts.

Apart from operational skills, I have regularly contributed to the development of organizational and country strategy and
policies across Bangladesh, South Sudan, and Nepal. This demonstrates that I can effectively apply my knowledge and
experience above and beyond my sectoral role. Moreover, mydiverseportfolios haveconsisted of different projects funded by
bilateral donors, privet sector investors and UN agencies, through managing these, Ihavegained strong knowledge of fund
management, donor reporting,and coordination.
