development sector of skills and vocational training. I have been working with Uttar
Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) for the past six years and have learned

I was hired as Assistant Manager, State Programme Management Unit, UPSDM,


Lucknow Head Office in March 2014 and since then have been working towards
transitioning to a leadership role. I have worked extensively in the development sector
and have greatly extended the profile of the organization by providing substantive
advisory, stakeholder management and policy analysis assistance, with strong focus on
Development Policy, Impact, Monitoring, and Evaluation. The details of my

I am an effective & successful development practitioner with specialist knowledge of

management trainings. I have worked for the different INGO‟s & National NGOs and
presently working as Assistant Manager- State Programme Management Unit(SPMU) with

have been giving public presentation, Implementing; Monitoring and evaluating benifits to

development.
§ Solely handled programme of exposure visit for 12 trainees of UPSDM to the Institute of Perfumeries at Grasse in France.

Rural Development for State Engagements.

• Provide support to the SPMU in designing, implementing,
monitoring and regular evaluation of placement linked skill development
interventions.
• Developed ToRs for engagement of training partners for implementation of Skill
Development policy of State Government.
• Prepared matrices of target, district and sector allocation for empanelled training
partners across 75 districts.
• Developed and reviewed process guidelines for implementation of Skill
Development policy of State Government.
• Identify and develop new initiatives and take them up with Mission Director (MD)
and Joint Mission Director (JMD)
• Provided technical assistance in building internal systems and standardized all
processes of training management life cycle.
