 Identified and implemented significant revisions to the Mortgage Protection Policy and process that significantly simplified the
customer experience.
 Successfully streamlined the specialist protection advice processes adopting a “Principles” based approach. This created more
accountable freedom across frontline sellers and was later adopted for use in financial planning.
 Ensured the quality and timely delivery of all the project objectives.
 Enhancements to Protection Policy and process led to the achievement of the paid protection society plan 18/19. This equated to
1000 more Society members being protected than in the same period in the previous year without increase in unfair member
outcomes.
