(ii) Besides fulfilling the above
qualification, the candidate must have Mathematics: Pure and Applied
cleared the National Eligibility Test
(NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or
similar test accredited by the UGC like
Mathematics/ SLET/SET.

Geology (iii) Notwithstanding anything contained
in sub-clauses (i) and (ii) to this clause; a
candidate, who has a Ph.D. Degree
awarded before 2009, or has been Geology: Open
awarded a Ph. D Degree after 2009 in
accordance with the University Grants
Commission (Minimum Standards and
Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree)
Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted
from the requirement of the minimum
eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET
for recruitment and appointment of
Assistant Professor or equivalent positions
in Universities/ Colleges/ Institutions

The following documents should be submitted to the office of the undersigned before the last date
mentioned above:
1. Duly filled application form

2. Resume

3. One set of self attested photocopies of relevant certificates

4. Application fee of Rs. 500/-(Five hundred only) for GEN/OBC and Rs. 300/-(Three
hundred only) for ST/SC to be paid either in cash or bank draft in favor of Manipur
Technical University payable at Imphal.
The shortlisted candidates will be intimated either through email/website/ telephone to attend an interview.
