    I, Diaz, Jefferson D. of BS Manufacturing Engineering, asking for your approval of our request to open
    this subject, Statics of Rigid Bodies, ESC 312 (3 Units) this coming summer. This subject is under general
    education curriculum and does not have a laboratory class. The petitioner needed to take up this subject
    because it is a pre-requisite for Dynamics of Rigid Bodies, ESC 322 (3 Units).

    Attached to this letter are the requirements needed for opening the said subject for this summer of
    2015.
