Good afternoon,

We have an issue with one of your Managers ,,Justin Brown , on 06/17/2017 our dispatcher
booked a Load#544272-1B from Norman Park, Ga to Chicago, IL and the delivery supposed to be
on 6/20/2017. Unfortunately when the truck arrived at the facility Berkshire Refrigerated WHS at
4 Am they didnt unload us as agreed. For miss-unloading by Receivers fault, your Company
paid us Layover 250$. Next day at 4 Am Load was off-loaded and Loaded Back because was
rejected By Vendors Fault , and we wait from 5Am till 15:00 pm with that load on trailer Until
Justin Brown found another Receiver .The problem is that Mrs. Justin Brown was Notified About
DETENTION for not UNLOADING and he agreed to pay Detention above the Layover already
given. We can provide That Phone Call Conversation.
We called 3 days in a row , and we could not communicate with him ,always transferred to
somebody from his Team and Friday on 06/22/2017 Mrs.Justin Brown send a email : My
apologies for the delay.. Ive been tied up in meetings and on the phone all week.

Detention pay is denied due to $250 layover already being added to the load.
