    To whom it may concern

    This letter serves to confirm that your letter for notice for us to vacate the premises was received,
    unfortunately I was out of town for a long. However we therefore accept the arrears that
    accumulated and we regret the inconveniences we may have caused in the process.

    Rayton Logistics was audited by zimra last year and our accounts were found with a huge
    outstanding which attracted untold fines and we have been battling to get the name clean, it was all
    caused by the account consultant company we engaged. We were then advised to submit a payment
    plan for our bond to be approved and was now accepted and we are operating.

    We are now appealing with your office to accept our apology for the unpaid rentals and we putting
    forward our commitment that from Monday 14th of May 2018 will pay $250.00 and month-end will
    pay rent + arrear to make it $450.00 every month until our balance is covered up.

    We hope our proposal will meet your greatest consideration as we have had a better record from
    the beginning with you.
