Severe Clause - Any student using violence (not horseplay), force, coercion, threat,
intimidation, fear, or other conduct constituting an interference with school purposes, or
urging other students to engage in such conduct shall be sent directly to a school
administrator for an Office Level Behavior Referral.

Motivators: There will be a grade level winner for each grade at the end of the year. Each day,
classes can earn a sticker for the ART chart. At the end of the year, the class that collects the
most stickers will have earned a class party. The event/theme will then be voted on by winning
classes (pizza, popcorn, ice cream, dance, paint party, etc) I will have a certain number for
stickers, that if the other classes reach, they will get a scaled down version of a celebration.
