DCS Operator Station Restoration Procedure in case of Hard drive

failure or windows corruption

1. Insert Windows 2000 Professional CD.(Dell OS Reinstallation CD)

2. Restart PC and Boot from CD and then windows 2000 setup starts.
3. Proceed further as per Windows 2000 installation procedure
(Product Key: B2VFM-M443X-2Y6P6-QCK8Q-76GBJ)
4. Install Service Pack 2 from the same CD/any other.
5. For Engineering Station Install CD Writer Driver from Dell Application CD.
6. For Operator Stations install Multi monitor driver of Matrox form Millennium
G550 CD and complete settings from properties. (Note: Choose different settings
for both monitors and do settings.)
7. Perform windows Configurations (Virtual Memory Setting, Renaming of LAN
Connection, Setting IP Addresses, LAN Connection Bindings and setting
computer Name.)
8. Again Install Service Pack 2.
9. Insert Particular stations Key Code Floppy and Install Centum CS3000 Software
as per attached procedure from CENTUM Software CD.
