Introduction
Many business organizations today are not aware of the effects that motivation can (and
does) have on their business, and it is therefore important they learn and understand the factors
that determine positive motivation in the workplace. The size of your business is irrelevant:
whether you are trying to get the best out of fifty of your staff or just one, everyone needs some
form of motivation. Motivation is something that is approached differently by different
businesses and the responsibility of its integration lies with all immediate supervisors of staff.
However, it is the business owner who must initiate motivation as a strategy to attain corporate
goals.

Motivation is the force that makes us do things: this is a result of our individual needs being
satisfied (or met) so that we have inspiration to complete the task. These needs vary from person
to person as everybody has their individual needs to motivate themselves. Depending on how
motivated we are, it may further determine the effort we put into our work and therefore increase
the standard of the output.

When we suggest factors (or needs) that determine the motivation of class facilitaters in the
workplace, almost everyone would immediately think of his department. This answer is correct
for the reason that some class facilitaters will be motivated by his department, but mostly wrong
for the reason that it does not satisfy others (to a lasting degree). This supports the statement that
human motivation is a personal characteristic, and not a one fits all option. So thats why we
have to work on Motivation for Class Facilitators of Superior University Lahore. So we have
designed a questionnaire for the class facilitators of the university to know about his motivation.

Purpose
A motivation questionnaire can be used to understand which situations may increase or
decrease your motivation and can assist in securing your job satisfaction. These types of
questionnaires try to rate how conditions found in the workplace could affect your motivation
(i.e. whether you would work harder or not in a given situation).

Objectives
A motivation questionnaire objective for class facilitators can be that if they are going
good and doing good with his job or duty then increase the growth of the class facilitators of the
university but if they are not interested in his work and not doing very well then there is need a
lots of motivation for them. So find out the problems and issues and try to resolve the problem.
Due to this they will motivate toward his duties and the interest will develop among the class
facilitators.

Quantitative Techniques in Business Page 7

Significance
The importance of this topic is much more important because the motivation of classfaciliters is
the very important part of the any university and specially for its managment. Now question arises that if
the opinion of class representaters and faciliters about the motivation in work the some negative point of
views and some positive point of views .So, several factors are involved in this situation and the thing is
that how to overcome the issues which arises among the facilitators and representaters of class of the
university . In this research we will try to analysis them.
