Term and Condition

1. The price is valid for 14 days.

2. The term of payment is 40% down payment within 3 days of order, 50% to be paid 20 days
prior to agreed shipment date. Balance 10% to be paid after installation and commissioning,
3. Price quoted includes, packing, costs of delivery, insurance, and installation & commissioning,
technical assistance.
4. The Sellers guarantee that the commodity hereof is made of the best materials with first class
workmanship, brand new and unused, and complies in all respects with the quality and
specifications stipulated in the Contract.
5. The guarantee period shall be 12 months counting from the date of acceptance test, but latest
14 months from the date the commodity arrives at the port of destination, should there be
delays owing to causes not the responsibilities of the Sellers.
