size, quantity, distance gets increased of any item.
2. Franchise owner can do shop civil work like plumbing, painting &
electric work without compromising brand value. Maitri Amruttulya
Interior team will guide and also reserves the rights to suggest/reject
any changes in it.
3. Any amount paid is non-refundable in case of franchise cancellation.
4. 15-20 days required for setup.
5. Three months warranty on all electrical items. (Signboard, Neon
logo, Kettle etc.).
6. Required Documents: Food license, Shop-Act License and any other
license required by local authority.
7. Please Procure 10 to 15 day’s raw material. Regular raw material
delivery require 10 to 15 day’s of time depends on location of
branch.
Payment Terms
1. 50% of total cost at the time of finalization.
2. 50% of total cost before dispatching all material.
