Role and responsibility of Solar Panel Manufacture

1. Timely supply of proposed quantity of panels.
2. Module warranty: Limited extended performance warranty of 25 years.
3. Product warranty for 10 years against any manufacturing defects. Guaranteed output
power 90% for first 10 years & 80% for another 15 years.
4. Make Vikram/Soha/Warri/Canadian/Equivalent manufacturer.

Role and responsibility of Inverter Manufacture
1. Timely supply of Inverter.
2. Inverter will carry a warranty of 5 years.
3. Make Zever/Polycab/KSolare/Growatt/Equivalent manufacturer.

Role and responsibility of DKB Energy Solution Pvt Ltd
1. Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation and commissioning of Grid connected Solar
Power Plant up to the existing LT panel or Energy meter.
2. All material delivery on site.
3. Packaging, Loading, Unloading & lifting on site.
4. Safety Equipments life Safety Belts, Helmets, Hand gloves, Ropes, Kepi, Spanners, etc.
5. Installation & fitting of Inverters/Batteries/wires/Panels, etc.
6. System Wiring from panels to Inverters.
7. Installation of Panel support on rooftop.
8. Testing & Commissioning of System.
9. System warranty of 12 months from the date of commissioning.
10. All the technical support & documentation required for statutory and regulatory
approvals will be supported by DKB Energy Solution Pvt Ltd.
11. DKB will pass on the product warranties from panel and inverter manufacturers back-
to-back to the client. We will administer the warranty claims on the client's behalf.

Role and Responsibly of Client
1. Shadow free Area for Installation facing to words South pole.
2. Civil work like digging of land, concrete work, etc.
3. Wiring for electrical load where it need to supply.
4. Elevated structure if needed on site.
5. MSEB /Grid connections if not available on site.
6. Electrical Meters at in & out of Grid/Inverters, if needed.
7. Statutory and regulatory approvals from the local or relevant authorities for plant set up
and commissioning will be supported by DKB Energy Solution Pvt Ltd.
