Job Description :-
Independently manage the entire recruitment process from screening to selection and hiring
in iRecruitment module of Oracle 11i (ERP) system for managerial to junior level staffs.
Coordinate with line managers for manpower requirements Negotiating the salary and issues
if any with the candidates.
Releasing advertisement in the newspaper, posting job vacancies in the Recruitment Portals.
Writing interview summary forms, assessment reports and interview summary reports whilst
checking the authenticity of the candidate.
Coordinating with Placement Consultants for specific requirements and arranging overseas
recruitment trip when required.
Sourcing the resumes in existing database, conducting written test (Aptitude & Skill test),
organizing and scheduling interviews, provide candidates by screening, interviewing and
testing applicants for final selection by the concerned division heads.
Notifying existing staff of internal opportunities.
Negotiating salary & package with candidates.
Preparing Interview Summary Reports to Management for approval.
Preparation of Appointment Letter, Contracts, Visa Application Forms and other HR related
correspondences.
Independently handling Mobilization and Demobilization of employees.

Job Description :-
Coordinate with the department concerned and plan as to when the vacancy is
to be filled and take appropriate action in fulfilling that objective.
Maintain applicant databse for speedy search of candidates and acknowledge
the applications.
Invite the selected candidates for test and interview, to attend interview
sessions, to prepare job offer, employment contract, and to follow up the
recruitment procedure of selected candidates.
Arrange to conduct Job Evaluation as and when required prepare necessary
