This acting class will be based on Sanford Meisners repetition technique. The
first half of class, two at a time, we will do repetition - what do you see?
what do you feel? This kind of technique is an incredible warmup that puts
you straight into the moment when you are having trouble getting out of your
head in your acting. It strips you down and gives you a freedom that other

and thats it. The second half of class, we will do scene work in pairs and
incorporate some of the repetition technique in the scenes. To wrap up, Ill
show you how you can warmup before auditions or shows using Meisner, even
without a partner.
