Competition Guide

To participate in the Accounting


Competition, participants need to read
and understand the Official Rules,
Terms and Conditions listed in this
presentation.

*By participating, each participant


grants STG the permission to use
his/her first name, photo, likeness or
comments for publicity purposes
without payment of additional
consideration, except where prohibited
by law.
Official Rules

1. Entry into this competition is free.

2. Participants must be trainees of Seed Training Group.

3. Participants must submit the Registration Form before 11th September 2017.

4. Participants will receive a confirmation email from Seed Training Group after
registration.

5. The competition will be conducted in 2 stages across 2 weeks. Successful


participants ( score >70%) of each stage will be selected to proceed to the next
stage. There will be one winner selected at the end of stage 2.

6. Participants must be available on each of the competition date. There will be no


rescheduling. If participant could not make it on the specified date, they will no
longer be eligible to proceed the competition.

7. Participants will have the access to the questions on the day of competition. No
preparation prior to the competition day.
Official Rules

8. Scope of The Competition


Stage 1: 60 mins Accounting software practical task and short answer questions
on Individual Tax and Business Tax (closed book).

Stage 2: 120 mins Accounting software practical task and short answer
questions on Individual Tax and Business Tax (open book).
9. Competition Dates and Times:
- Level 1: 14th September 2017, 4.30 pm 5.30 pm.
- Level 2: 21st September 2017, 4.30 pm 6.30 pm.
10. Duration of the competition is set for each level. It will be hard stop without additional
time given.

11. Participants will receive results after 2 business days of level 1 conclusion, and after
5 business days of level 2 conclusion. Successful participants will be contacted by
Seed Training Group on his/her progress in the competition

12. No proxy is allowed at any stage of the competition.

13. Cheating and collusion will result in immediate disqualification and further penalties
apply.

This competition is governed by


official rules (Official Rules).

By participating in the competition,


each participant agrees to abide by
these Official Rules, including all
eligibility requirements, and
understands that the results of the
Competition, as determined by STG,
are final in all respects.
The Competition is open to all STG current
Eligibility
and past trainees. STG has the right to verify
the eligibility of each participant.

The competition period starts on the 8th

There will be two stages in the competition.
The winner will be announced at the end of
stage 2, and will be contacted by STG.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes are permitted. STG reserves the right to terminate, suspend or
amend the rules of the Competition, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if STG determines that the Competition
cannot be conducted as planned, technical failure or other cause beyond STGs control.
