DESCRIPTION
Height: Approximately 5'11" Weight: 200 to 225 pounds
to 6'2" Sex: Male
Build: Heavy-set Race: Black
Remarks: The subject had facial hair resembling a
"scruffy" beard. He wore a black shirt, jeans, and a blue-
and-green baseball cap.

CAUTION

Investigators believe the following robberies were committed by the "No Frills Bandit":

July 24, 2017 - Union Bank and Trust located at 5510 Morris Road in Spotsylvania,
Virginia;
August 31, 2017 - BB&T located at 7016 Mechanicsville Turnpike in
Mechanicsville, Virginia;
September 5, 2017 - Wells Fargo Bank located at 10190 Staples Mill Road in Glen
Allen, Virginia.

In each of the robberies the subject produced a demand note to the victim teller, and, in
two instances, the note implied he had a weapon. Each victim teller complied, and the
subject fled on foot

The Richmond Division of the FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information
that may lead to the identification and conviction of the individual responsible for these
crimes.
