I created my user on habbo.com after a long break from habbo.no on 4th January 2016. Not
long after I this, I joined the agency - AHC, where I quickly worked up the rank of 4iC. I left
AHC after a few months of hard work for HIA, where I eventually gained the rank of
Founders Representative and Ownership (1iC). More about my leadership experience later.

The opportunity presented in the OHNCO Air Force career thread is very interesting to me,
and I believe that my agency experience, hard work and willingness will make me a
competitive candidate for this position.

I joined USDF for the first time 31st January 2017 - and loved it. At this stage I had a short
stay in OMP, but was eventually given an opportunity in OJSIG. I loved USDF and the
structure after the first moment - and have done it since. My experience in USDF is included
in OMP, OJFD and OJSIG.

I have a long array of experiences on Habbo Hotel which I can use to my advantage in a
position as OHNCO for OMP. It involves Ownership (1iC) experience from Habbos largest
agency, Habbo Intelligence Agency owned by Ali21. These includes leading a large amount
of people as the Founding Director of Human Resources, as well as being Founders
Representative. In addition to this, I lead the entire HIA financial system - everything from
ranksales, donations to staff payments.

I look at myself as an experienced contribution to USDFs personnel. Being a member of


OJSIG requires a lot, something I'm sure has also has helped me to prepare for such
position like this. I was given the Commendation Medal (CM) at an early stage of my career.
It helped build my motivation and I have since lived up to the expectations that are required.
In addition to this have I also received Top Performer within my months at OJSIG.

I am an outgoing, and a very social person. I have the ability to understand


things quickly, and I dont give up easily. I prefer finishing the tasks that is given to me, with
this being said, I love to explore new things as well as doing some research or read the
news or check the forum to update myself on whats happening around me. I prefer to voice
out my own opinions and will fight for what I think is right. I also see things in different
perspective so that I am not biased to one side all the time.

Im interested in international waters, and Human Resources/Sociology and leadership


outside of Habbo. Im currently taking Sociology and Anthropology, and Law classes in real
life which helps me understand people in a completely different way. We learn not only to
look at different angles and opinions, but also why people think like they do. This can help
me to understand the personnel, but also understand different viewpoints, in addition to be
solution orientated.

When it comes to future plans, I think it would have been exciting to focus more on ensuring
every single JNCO is followed up individually. By this, I mean a more structured system of
how to contact members of the branch, so that not only those who contact the BHNCO get
the help they need. I would make sure monitoring of JNCOs within the branch also took
place at the forum with an individual message to all members of the branch. With this, the
members of the branch would feel they are being followed up on an individual level, and
appreciated.
I want to put myself deeper into the members of OMP early. Looking at the age structure, it
is an interesting young generation where some already have great personalities within
USDF. At the same time, there are several new personnel on the way up in their careers. I
think the USDF and OMP itself have a great future ahead.

I still have a lot to learn about this position, but I feel that this fits me perfectly. I have read
the thread about the position carefully - you need one with experience that can take the
responsibility you are looking for. I have stared offices in former agencies by myself - at the
same time, I have helped others become more efficient.

I believe you read this to get to know me, which I hope you have - and I think I'm the right
candidate for this position. The office is definitely a right fit for me after what I have heard
and read about OMP so far. If it is intended that you and I will work together in the future, we
will definitely solve these challenges in an excellent way together.

I'm experienced, I'm targeted - and with me, you know what you are going to get.
