The student was asked to come to the conference prepared with several documents
pertaining to their college application, as well as a letter of recommendation form
(see below).

5. How and when parents and/or other adults will be prepared:

Parents will be notified on the parent portal with a transcript of the conference as well as
recommendations for a future conference.
