Parents and caregivers,

My name is Sean Beath from the Willunga Football Club.

I would like to invite your Girl(s) and Boy(s) to the U/12s and U/14s Leith Renney WFC
Academy. The Academy aims to engage all children so that they have the opportunity to
develop the key skills and behaviours required to effectively, and continuously, participate
in Australian Rules Football.

The Leith Renney WFC Academy has been developed by AFL and SANFL program writers,
specifically for the Willunga Football Club. The 4 key pillars of the program aim to develop:
1. Kids love for footy
2. Positive attitudes towards a team sport and understanding the requirements of
being a team player
3. Having the football skills to be able to participate effectively within a team
4. Having a knowledge and understanding of Health and Fitness

This Academy has been designed in a way to assist your child in developing all 4 facets,
REGARDLESS of their current skills, fitness, and understand of the game.

We have created a team that will assist in designing and running the activities/trainings.
The three other Coaches are:
Katrina Munzberg Studying Physical Education at Flinders University
Steven Jaggard Junior 2015 U/14s Willunga Football Club Coach
Joel Docking Studying Physical Education at Flinders University
All three were our first choices for the positions and thankfully they all jumped at the
opportunity.

The Academy will run weekly from Sunday the 19th of February until the 2nd of April (with a
week off on the 12th of March) Each session will begin at 9am and finish at 11.15am.

The cost per child is $125, which includes Academy registration and Academy Kit.

transfer money before December 15 to secure your spot, as LIMITED PLACES are available,
