My Mission
My mission as a passionate educator who embraces
collaboration and coalition building is to ensure that
every student that I have meaningful contact with,
both in K-12 and Higher Ed is encouraged to reach his
or her full potential.
Through the establishment of positive and supportive
relationships that promote resiliency, persistence,
equity and academic ethic.

To transition from K-12 to a

administrative position by June 2017

Complete Doctoral program at CSUSB
Action 1: Submit to IRB by January 2017
Action 2: Collect data by March 2017
Action 3: Complete dissertation, and defend
Action 4: Graduate

Obtain Community College (CC) administrative
position.
Action 1: Search CA Community College
Registry for
Action 2: Prepare and submit resume and
applications to select CC positions
Action 3: Obtain Dean or Director of Student
Service position.
