The secretariat of the school, which is supported by Microsoft, receives a


phone call from a parent of a prospective student. The phone number is
automatically saved on the Student Information System (Dynamics CRM),
while the info card for the prospective student (lead) is being also created
automatically.

The front-office assistant of the school enters data into the card, the contact
details and the products/services in which the candidate is interested.

staff assigned to inform parents and to choose students (recruiters). In order

of the recruiters and proposes alternative dates to the candidate. Once the
date is set, CRM alerts (SMS, email, notifications) are generated for the
participants.

During the meeting, the recruiter of the school proceeds in a structured

(family and background knowledge, physical condition and medical history,
learning and behavioral peculiarities etc.). At the same time, it proposes a
range of products and services, making use of multiple price lists provided by
the system. When the candidate decides on the "service pack" that he
wishes, the recruiter - after taking into account possible offers or discounts
that are available - generates automatically a quote. The acceptance of the
quote is followed by the advance payment and the issuance of the
appropriate voucher/receipt. The payment process can of course be
accomplished online as well.
