Nursery, Masbate City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint RHODA IAL LABIAGA-
AMORO, 29 years old, married, Filipino and a resident of Bagong Sirang, Brgy. J.T.
Fernandez, Masbate City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and my
name, place and stead, and for my own use and benefits, to do and perform the
following act:

To process and sign in my behalf my application for ATM

replacement before the Development Bank of the Philippines,
Legazpi City Branch.

To claim my ATM replacement once it becomes available.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform and act whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present, THEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said
