2. Hard copy for all kind of bills (incl Travel tickets ) should be attached with the expense sheet, without bills claims will not be entertained and ded
3.If food or Conveyance bills are not available and mention in the claim sheet, in that case claim should be approved by Approving Authority

4.Please ensure that all the supporting bills should be visible with Date, Amount, name and signed by the claiman
5. All the details pertaining Km travelled & Tier for Outstation Travel should be mention on the claim she
6. Claim need to be sent on or before 10th of every month as per the Expenses incurred by the employee
7.Old month claims will be accepted with the relevant explanation by the employee.
