Tues, 10/31 - GA Milestones Reading and Evidence-Based Writing Field Test - On

Monday and Tuesday, October 30-31, 2017, approximately 350 Tift County High
School seniors will participate in the Georgia Milestones Reading and Evidence-
Based Writing Field Test. The purpose of the field test is for the state to evaluate
the quality of the items on the test, not to evaluate student performance.
Students will not be impacted academically by their performance on the test.
Students will be tested during their English class or during a course that is not
associated with an End-of-Course Test. Students will receive notification through
their student email and also will be notified on campus. Students are asked to
treat this test just as they would a regular End-of-Course Test. It will be an
opportunity for them to practice in an online testing environment on their new
Chromebooks prior to their End-of-Course Exams at the end of this semester.

Tues, 10/31 Starting Tues, 10/31, yearbooks will be sold during all 3
lunch periods. Limited numbers! $20 reserves one! $60 for pkg 1; $65
for pkg 2; $70 for pkg 3

If you have HOCO dance selfies, share them with the yearbook
staff. You may make the HOCO dance page! Also looking for pre-dance pics.
