Topic : Mitigation of Worldwide Health Crisis: Eradicating Advanced Pandemic

Most climate scientists agree the main cause of the current global warming trend is
human expansion of the "greenhouse effect" (IPCC, 2007) warming that results when
the atmosphere traps heat radiating from Earth toward space. According to the
Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), evidence for climate change is
cogent and undeniable. (IPCC, 2014) The key driver of increased temperatures and
rising sea levels are cumulative emissions of carbon dioxide gas. The IPCC asserts that
even if the emissions are reduced gradually, the impacts are irreversible. It is almost
certainthat the impacts will continue beyond 2100 and it is predicted that there will be
morefrequent hot and fewer cold temperature extremes. (Qin, D et al, 2013) One of the
effects of climate change is the negative impacts on human health. Furthermore, there is
a rapid increase of temperature predicted to happen in 2100. The Red Flu is transmitted
through the air via inhalation of infected droplets. Countries with low humidity are
particularly at risk. Research shows high humidity deteriorates the stability of the
influenza virus particles and therefore reduces rate of transmission. (Lowen, A.C. and
Steel J, 2014) With climate change, there is an expected decrease in precipitation which
will particularly affect arid and semi-arid regions. (Arab Water Council, 2009) Thus
countries with lower humidity are particularly at risk for the increased rates of
transmission for the Red Flu.

Republic of India would like to affirm its commitment to take part in implementing
mitigation of worldwide health crisis by eradicating advanced pandemic, proven by its
contribution in both of medical research and human colonization on Mars. India do
believe that by supporting on medical research will be so much efficient to eradicate
advanced pandemic. By finding the efficient medication, we can eradicate the pandemic
in shorter time and wider range of area and people. So that, we can stop the spreading of
the virus itself more efficiently. And even we can handle the virus itself. Republic of
India do believe that, obtain the medical research is the most urgent action that has to
be taken to prevent casualties and further complication of the disease. The present
resurgence of pandemic virus cannot be attributed to any single factor at this stage. The
prolong cold and dry weather, possibility of drift virus, absence of annual flu vaccination
could have played an integrated role in resurfacing of pandemic virus. The role of sero-
epidemiology should be given its due importance for vaccination policy along with the
molecular surveillance of the influenza virus circulating strains which is already ongoing
in Republic of India through an established influenza surveillance network. (Mishra,
2015)

Republic of India offer medical research as the first line and the most urgent action step
that we need to take not only to find the right medication but also to prevent the
mutation of the virus itself. By preventing the mutation of the virus itself in the future,
we can prevent this kind of pandemic situation happened again in the future. Republic
of India have given up the earth after carefully analyzing the projection of the earth
temperature that has risen exponentially since the beginning of the 21st century.
Republic of India feel that the climate change is undeniable and cannot be mitigated.
Hence, Republic of India believe that transporting the humans to leave the planet and
build a colonization on Mars will become a perfect solution to save the human race. So,
the people who still not exposed by the virus itself can moved to the Mars and the people
who has already exposed by the virus can be treated without furthermore infection to
the others. Because we do believe that climate change itself contribute as on of the main
causes that can create the pandemic of the virus. So, the Mars Colonization might be one
of the best solution to eradicate advanced pandemic.

Therefore, Republic of India hopes that our points would be taken as consideration in
contributing to mitigation of worldwide health crisis by eradicating advanced pandemic.
We encourage participation from all member states to discuss and decide the goals that
will be set in eradicating advanced pandemic. We look forward to cooperate with
relevant actors in envisioning the future that we want.
