REACTION PAPER

Construction can be defined as the activity of the creation of physical infrastructure

and some related facilities. When you go inside the site, you will discover and see a lot of
things, especially the progress on building a structure. The construction industry is not only
known as an industry that is developing rapidly but it is known for its highly dangerous
activities as well which can cause an accident that is due to negligence of work in the site.

As I observed the construction site inside our school, I saw some wrongdoings within
their works which are most often done in the field of construction.

Unorganized working place and no proper fencing. The materials are scattered in
different areas which can harm anyone.

Wearing of improper attire which can lead in to an accident to the workers.

 The concrete protection of the footing tie beam is too thin.

Uneven installation of tiles. Replacing of the installed tiles because of the cracks.

No provided slope for the floor drain.
